Kanegasaki-gu Shrine is located near Tsuruga Port, on a hill with nice views. It takes about 30 minutes to walk there from Tsuruga Station. If you prefer not to walk, you can ride the Gurutto Tsuruga sightseeing bus. It goes between the station and the shrine. The bus runs once an hour on weekdays, and twice an hour on weekends and holidays. A single ride costs 200 yen, or you can get a day pass for 500 yen.
