Akasaka, Ginza or Shiodome & Mimaru or Mitsui Garden? ✓ Solved

Hello! My husband, two tweens (ages 10 and 12), and I are planning a trip to Japan, and we're trying to decide between a few hotel options. We're considering the Mimaru Akasaka, Mimaru Ginza East (which seems to be on the edge of Ginza), or booking two rooms at either the Mitsui Garden in Ginza or the Park Hotel in Shiodome. We're looking for a central location since we plan to explore all around Tokyo. For those familiar with these areas or who have stayed at any of these hotels, I’d love to hear your thoughts and advice!

For a family trip with your husband and two tweens, all the hotels you’re considering have great options depending on what you’re looking for. Mimaru Akasaka is spacious with family-friendly rooms and easy access to transportation, perfect for exploring Tokyo. Mimaru Ginza East is close to shopping and attractions, though it’s on the edge of Ginza. If you’re looking for something more luxurious, Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza is right in the heart of the upscale Ginza area. Park Hotel Tokyo in Shiodome offers great views and is well-connected to public transport, making it easy to get around. If you prefer a more central location, both Mimaru Akasaka and Mitsui Garden Ginza are excellent choices.

If you're considering accommodations in Tokyo, particularly for families, the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Gochome stands out as an excellent choice. This hotel is popular among families, offering spacious rooms that can comfortably accommodate three or more guests, which is ideal for families with children. Guests have praised the hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location near Higashi-Ginza Station, providing easy access to various attractions in Tokyo.

The hotel features thoughtful amenities such as a public bath, which adds to the authentic Japanese experience. While the rooms are compact, they are well-designed and efficient, making the most of the space available. The on-site restaurant offers a buffet breakfast, and the hotel is within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants in the Ginza area.

Hey there! I've stayed at Mimaru Akasaka with my family, and it was fantastic for kids. The spacious rooms and family-friendly amenities made our trip smooth. The central location also made exploring Tokyo super convenient. If you're looking for a mix of comfort and accessibility, Mimaru Akasaka is a great choice for your family. Plus, being near public transportation options is a big plus when you have tweens in tow. Have a wonderful trip planning!
