From Tokyo to Kawagoe

• From Tokyo, the JR Line connects Shinjuku to Kawagoe Station in about 55–60 minutes via Omiya and costs 770 yen one way. The Tobu Tojo Line runs from Ikebukuro to Kawagoe or Kawagoe-shi Station in around 30 minutes by express train and costs 490 yen. The Seibu Line connects Seibu Shinjuku Station to Hon-Kawagoe Station in 50–60 minutes for 520 yen, or 45 minutes by limited express train for 1120 yen.
