Arita Porcelain Park (有田ポーセリンパーク) is a porcelain-themed attraction just outside Arita’s town center. Its centerpiece is a striking replica of Dresden's Zwinger Palace, celebrating the shared porcelain heritage between Germany’s Meissen and Japan’s Arita. While the museum inside is currently closed, visitors can still admire the palace’s grand design and stroll the scenic grounds, which are free to enter.

Another highlight is the Tengudani Kiln reproduction tucked in a quiet corner of the park. It offers a glimpse into Arita’s traditional pottery-making methods. At the nearby workshop, you can take part in hands-on pottery classes and craft your own bowl or cup, with prices ranging from 800 to 4000 yen. Despite a slightly faded charm, Arita Porcelain Park remains a fun and cultural stop for visitors of all ages.
