The Kido Takayoshi Residence is located in the former castle town area, about two kilometers from Higashi-Hagi Station. It can be reached in about 10 minutes by bicycle (bike rentals are available near the station) or 30 minutes on foot. The residence is also accessible by the Maru Bus.
