The Yoshida Shoin History Museum is on the grounds of Shoin Shrine, which is located to the east of Hagi city center. To get there, take the Maru Bus East Loop from either Higashi-Hagi or Hagi Station and get off at the Shoin Jinja-mae bus stop. From there, it’s just a short walk to the shrine. Alternatively, you can walk to the shrine in about 15 minutes from Higashi-Hagi Station, or reach it in half the time by bicycle.
