By Public Transport
From Susukino, take Sapporo's streetcar to the "Ropeway Iriguchi" station (25 minutes, 200 yen). From there, a free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to the lower ropeway station (5 minutes). Alternatively, you can walk to the ropeway station in about 5 minutes from the streetcar stop.
By Car
The "Kanko Highway" toll road leads to a parking lot at the summit of Mount Moiwa. Open from mid-April to early November (10:30 AM–10:00 PM, with the last entry at 9:30 PM), it costs 1200 yen per car for a round trip.
