The Osaka Science Museum, located on Nakanoshima Island next to the National Museum of Art Osaka, is a 5-10 minute walk from Higobashi Station on the Yotsubashi Subway Line or even closer from Nakanoshima Station on the Keihan Nakanoshima Line.

The Osaka Science Museum (大阪市立科学館, Ōsaka Shiritsu Kagakukan) on Nakanoshima Island is a fun, interactive destination perfect for families, especially children. With four floors of hands-on exhibits covering topics like the universe, chemistry, and energy, the museum offers an exciting learning experience for all ages.
In addition to the exhibits, the museum features a planetarium offering hourly shows (separate admission required). Science shows are held several times a day, providing an engaging way to explore the wonders of science, though they are in Japanese only.
